SHIPPING    
Once you have made your purchase online, you will receive an email confirmation along with a receipt. Once we receive the order and payment, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. There is always an effort to get the order out upon receipt (that day) when possible.  On the rare and unlikely occasion we are unable to ship your order within that 2-business day time frame, you will be notified via the contact details you entered when placing the order.

We ship United States Postal Service. You will receive a notification when your package ships along with a tracking number.

Renee Coltson nor Wend-en-Eden L.L.C. cannot be held accountable for stolen parcels.  Let the shipper (Wend-en-Eden L.L.C., Renee Coltson) know if your address does not have a secure delivery option. In which case, there will be an additional fee for signature required and quite possibly a delay in that delivery. We will endeavor to provide the best service possible to our customers but that requires we are given accurate, concise, and all necessary information.

Please ensure that postage information is correct and detailed when placing an order to avoid any mishaps.

*Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Typically they are on time and when USPS stated. However, there are certainly circumstances that can delay; such as weather.


RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you have any issues with a recent purchase, please contact us immediately via email or telephone outlining all relevant information so that we can resolve the issue promptly. Once we have spoken to you and approved your return, it must be delivered to us within 7 days. Best you insure it. If the package being returned arrives damaged or is lost, Wend-en-Eden, L.L.C. nor Renee Coltson is liable for losses. Please be aware of our policies, terms and conditions, before placing your order with us.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully. If you are unsure  of a product from the description, please feel free to contact us with  your query.
  • All items returned must be in original condition and  packaging as they were received. Please include your original invoice received with package. Making        note of the serial number on documents in the return package. That information is retained as well  in our office.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds and returns where we  see fit, regarding consumer law. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or broken, please take clear photographs and contact us right away to ensure we resolve the issue in a timely manner. In the   email, please detail all issues clearly. We may ask you to provide us  with photographic evidence to support your claim. Items proven to be faulty (at no fault of your own) will be replaced immediately; conditional on defective pr If item is in transit when replacement is sent.  When a  replacement is not possible, a full refund will occur.
  • Renee Coltson / Wend-en-Eden L.L.C. cannot be held  responsible for any return items that are lost or damaged during  transit. Please ensure that all returns are packaged correctly, to prevent any damage and strongly consider insuring your package.. After 7 days (from delivery – to a max of 14  days from dispatch) all sales are final.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original method of  payment.
  • Music of the Plants is the manufacturer of the devices: Bamboo Basic, Bamboo M, and U-1. They are each  covered under the manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years.  Proper cables, cords, chargers, etc.,  must be used and instructions in the manual/quick start guide must be followed to be in alignment with the manufacturer's warranty. Cords and cables for the devices.are not covered under the  manufacturer’s 2-year warranty.  In case of defect upon receipt will be replaced immediately (condition stated above applies).  Defect here means the device is not functioning properly due to the rare case of a defective cord or cable.
